Herfel Limited is a private limited company registered in the UK and based in London. Herfel Limited is a fully owned subsidiary of Julius Herfel Group Ltd.
Julius Herfel Group is a family owned, passive holding company holding family owned shares. Affiliates of Herfel Limited are:
- Herfel og Rangen - a quantitative Finance House specialised on providing liquidity to highly illiquid markets and instruments.
- Proprietary Herfel Yield, Transactions & Illiquidity Analytics - special purpose vehicle holding the intellectual property rights of PHYTIA, the model used by Herfel og Rangen.
Herfel Limited is operationally segregated from the rest of the group.
